private:epartners https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=13457 Dec 15th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open ePartners Vice President Dallas, TX Great while it lasted ePartners was one of the first large roll-ups in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and they did a great job of scooping up all the right companies. Unfortunately, ePartners did a poor job of empowering the leaders and employees of the companies they acquired leading to the "A Players" leaving en masse. They tried to fix things through re-orgs and big ideas, but over time they just fell apart. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 4.0 3.0 13457 Open Manage the business at every level. In a consulting company, success is about more than selling the next big project. Competent delivery and a happy consulting organization will sell more than dedicated closers any day. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 6.0 Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM ePartners
private:epartners https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=13457 Aug 22nd, 2013 12:00AM Open Open ePartners Senior Developer Aliso Viejo, CA poor region/district manager, so bad attitude for laying off people industry standard pay, but no commission as consulting firm Most of PM in ePartner don't know what is application. The worst PM I have seen in ERP consulting firms are from ePartner. Also don't know what Region office and manager related with me? Why not sell them. ePartner is truly re-organization in 2007-2009, but still can treat people better during laid-off. Now ePartner technical consultants become the backbone of other firms, don't ePartner feel happy with that? -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 13457 Open sell your district manager, think that you really need them? 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 4.0 Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM ePartners

Everyone came together to accomplish company goals tight on money, but mainly due to the economy so not really ePartners fault. a lot of work with very little people to do it, so it was long hours although many of them could be done from home 1.0 POSITIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 5.0 13457 Open When offering promises stick to them, that is the only reason I left was due to promises never getting fulfilled. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 4.0 Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM ePartners
private:epartners https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=13457 Jul 31st, 2012 12:00AM Open Open ePartners Consultant Management is the problem * Lots of great people over a number of regions * Generally if you need something in the way of equipment or software you could get it * Did I mention the great people? * Sales people would say or do anything for a sale * Management is either lax or panicky, neither extreme is good -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 4.0 2.0 13457 Open Some of your regional directors/managers really need to go out the door. It feels too much like a "Good ole' boy" network. They are not in touch with their employees unless it's an iron first. Now some of your lower-level/mid-level managers were AWESOME... and they left. That should tell you something. Read their exit interviews. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM Feb 1st, 2021 08:11PM ePartners
private:epartners https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=13457 Dec 9th, 2010 12:00AM Open Open ePartners Really great employees. Really bad management. The opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, NAV, AX, and CRM. I wasn't "miro-managed" at ePartners. Access to Partnersource and MSDN. Opportunity to learn. Management is pretty bad at ePartners. Most of them do not have a technical background. One manager in the NE is pretty good. The others are pretty bad. I don't think McCarthy has any idea what's going on. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 3.0 4.0 0.0 2.5 3.0 1.0 13457 Open Your technical consultants are your backbone. Forward thinking management - not afraid of making changes in order to improve the business Not enough feedback on performance, especially good performance.
