I worked with sales staff on landing new prospects and did all the sales closing. I coordinated marketing events with our internal sales person. I talked to clients to determine how projects were going. The hardest part of the job was that I had inherited an office that was about to close. Moral was terrible and no new business was coming in. I introduced new process and train and assured that staff that since my projects were always successful their projects would be successful. The office turned into the fastest growing in the company and we were presented an award from Microsoft for having one of the top 7 projects in the country. Total control of company MDF processes. | Had a great time working with this team. The finance team was a great crew to work with. I was given control to develop and streamline the entire MDF reimbursement process. Earlier in my career, I was afforded the opportunity to manage $50M in VAR Marketing Development Funds for a computer manufacturing company, so to now work for a VAR was easy. I recovered $1.1M + in the first 9 months with the company.
