The company is expanding a lot in Fund Finance in Luxembourg, the management is knowledgeable but not people oriented. They aim to objectives at any cost, not caring about wellbeing and work-life balance. Overtime it's not paid but to be fair they disclose this since the beginning. The bonus is not making up for overtime payment lost during the year
