Good Benefits, fantastic PTO, leadership that cares about our wellbeing. Quality products that help improve lives. Leadership turnover makes it difficult to keep up with changing styles and strategies. Bonuses could be better, they seem low compared to other places. Would be nice to go back to a renovated office post Covid. All our eggs are not in one basket (we have great success in Healthcare, Office, Education and global markets) even now during the pandemic. Excellent well known brand globally. Employee input is valued through surveys and open company meetings. We've been through lots of changes, Previous Executive Leadership team was struggling on many levels. Lots of competition is picking at our success. Great products and coworkers. Leaders appear to be making positive changes and company is moving in the right direction. Company is profitable, but bonuses are minimal or non-existent. Our new CEO seems to be good. Management is so messed up it isn't even funny. We have a "good old boys" network, only with all women. Promotions go to people who don't even qualify. There are Managers who have no clue how to deal with employees. Other Management members are so full of themselves that they can't make a decision to save their life.
