This Business School thrives on good research. I was lucky to be part of a team that had scholars of immense repute. Being part of this team helped me understand the dynamics of research and publication.
However, the downside of this school was the frequently changing rules and multiple contracts being drafted in order to accommodate those chaged rules.

Great colleagues, poor leadership
|
Dynamic place, some great young faculty who come to get their careers started. Once they develop a strong research portfolio they leave for a job with a better salary prospects. Salaries for faculty are 30% lower than competing schools (on average) and there are huge disparities between individuals there based on historical factors and gender gap. There are some excellent mid to upper level managers....top leadership consists in navel-gazing on social media.Divide to better conquer seems to be the dominant vision.
