Location of the office is decent, but not the actual office. Some large and famous customers. Maybe the product, but time will tell. Employees are not respected, de-motivating environment. Most people leave after 6 months/1 year. Recently, the CTO left, VP of Security left and even some other key staff have decided to move on. Management have no people management skills - some barely have people skills. Slim career prospects. Frequent restructures - as a consequence strategy is all over the place and people are bullied into decisions by micro-managers. Great, innovative products 2. Understanding bosses / management who trust my work and do not micro-manage 3. Intellectually challenging work that always keep one thinking of best solutions to challenges 4. Doors are always open, with top management accessible (just an email / phone call away) and ready to hear any complaints. 1. This is due to the management's modern approach and forward way of thinking. As an employee I can see that at essDOCS ethics, transparency and team work spirit play a central role in our day to day work. Hard work is rewarded and personal development is encouraged, while the terms and conditions as an employee are also very good. Working in an industry that evolves rapidly requires the employees to be constantly updated and adaptable accordingly. Consequently, this leads to occasions of ineffective internal communication. Maybe consider more personalized ones tax free like childcare vouchers or cycle to work scheme?
