Worked with the Music Festival team and the Operations and Production team, was an assistant to the director. I learned a lot . Fast paced, things were always changing, and evolving with my team. I was the youngest on my team but still kept up and was helpful when I was needed. As an assistant you do whatever is needed to be when asked. The culture at the office was nice I was in both locations that they had and each were different but enjoyable and interesting to be around. After I left the company it was bought by Time Warner. I was very busy all the time. My wonderful boss, the editor-in-chief, was the hardest working woman I ever met, so it was a challenge to keep up with her! She was always gracious under pressure, and I learn a lot from her about kindness at the job and the importance of remaining calm. Luckily I was focused and efficient, and she appreciated my dedication to the work and my abilities.
