At first the money seems good enough, but not great, then they proceed by telling you commission is great.. Overall, the hourly money is less and less each paycheck. Commission is non-existent, because they change the rules each month for you to even get your full commission. And when you complain to higher ups you get fired. :D

Leaders are being appointed mainly on the basis of their tenure and personal relations with higher authorities (favouritism) rather than on the basis of their quality. No training for leaders to manage a team, resulting into high stress on their team members.

A good job, if you really need a job
|
Pay isn't great, but it is an easy job. One thing that stressed me out working there was that you were always told different instructions from different leaders. It's sometimes really difficult to meet expectations. I would try not to make a career here.

Call campaigns change all the time, demanding unrealistic sales quota so you rarely see commission for your sales because they give you a # to reach or you dont get commission for your sales even if its 1 under the goal..if customer is not interested in the promotion, how is that my fault? 9.25 per hour, they send you home if no sales...push push push
