Not as good as it seems

At first it appears as a hip and cool company… However, that is not the case. :/
|
I have worked at eToro for over 3 years and I noticed that the company is bad in all aspects. They do not pay well, they have untrained managers to do jobs which do not fall under their responsibilities and the culture in general might look nice on the surface but it is terrible. Managers are uneducated and rude and they mostly hire people with no skills to perform tasks outside of their scope for very little money.
Not to mention that the company as a whole is racist…
