Great job for college students of all majors looking to gain experience with children. It was an observational school so it was great to be able to observe other classrooms for educational purposes. The hours were great because it was meant for college students, but the pay could have been better. Minimum wage and no raises? Leads only make $14/hr. What a joke when you're responsible for teaching today's youth. As a teaching assistant you only make $10 so it wasn't much of a raise. Management has obvious favortism that prevents funding for some classrooms, staffing issues, and prevents workers from advancing. Overall though it was a great place to work and you build a great bond with your kiddos. That makes it worth it. The people in charge are clueless and does not back their staff. Will throw you under the bus on any given Sunday just to cover themselves. Always miss managing funds. JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK.
