Filled with miscommunication - avoid this place!

Health insurance was good. Pay was decent (but not worth the headaches.)

The people like to talk. It's very catty and gossipy. They just started doing cannabis marketing and it's consumed the entire office. One day they passed out cannabis packets and edibles to employees, another they had multiple cannabis plants in the kitchen. Cannabis and alcohol are the only things on the brain here.
Plus they just did major layoffs. I worked for the company for less than six months. My advice - avoid this place by any means necessary! There's tons of miscommunication and they don't have plans set in place for new hires. It's hard to succeed here. Additionally, they had an office in Boulder. They closed that too (within the past year.)
So to recap, they've done two major layoffs in the past year. If you get a job here, who knows how long you'll actually work here.
