The people are friendly but what the company needs is real talent.

What is the company lacks is having employees with real talent. Most of what the people they have lacks the creativity and talent. Proposals get rejected because clients are usually disappointed with what they present.

Very poor organization and efficiency at this company. Local level management is low-skill, unprofessional, and very predatory. Lack of Training makes it difficult to know how to work within the platform. On top of everything else, you're expected to work awful hours, with no work-home life balance. This company is not a good place to invest your time.

Too Many Changes

I am a calm person who like things in oder. This workplace was exactly the opposite. Everything was quite chaotic and disorganized. Plus, the last - minute changes made things worse.

COVID19 Response: Can’t leave a review in 2020 without the mention of COVID. Although it’s been challenging at times, leadership has taken a thoughtful approach to adapting to the new normal. They have put employees well-being at the forefront and offered generous benefits and health coverage.
Great people work here: The Events.com team is unrivaled and loyal. I’ve never worked with a better group of people who want to make a company better and take each challenge as an opportunity to personally grow. Opportunity to network with lots of different people.

The management does not respect its lower level employees and treats hem all as expendable. You have to be on your feet the whole time. They demand extremely long hours with very little training and support. I wouldn't recommend events as an establishment for employment.

Inadequate training program

The only good thing about working here was having friend around who suffer the same situation as you.
|
It was frustrating to be working here when the trainings and on-boarding program were inadequate and weren't enough to let us execute our jobs independently. If only the management cared enough to come up with a comprehensive training program, it would be easier to learn and to be immersed about our job roles.
