<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer who will be responsible for owning and leading the overall quality management system for our Manufacturing Operations. You will play a key role in defining and driving quality levels of our products through all product lifecycle stages from initial prototyping through to product end of life. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical and analytical background that can own the effort of assessing and quantifying product quality risks during the development process and implementing mitigation plans so that we release high quality and reliable products to mass production.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities will be varied and include, but are not limited to, the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the Quality Engineering function and developing existing quality management system and procedures</li>
<li>Participate in NPI teams providing inputs on Design-For-Quality and Product Excellence</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement and corrective/preventive action planning programs with a focus on error-proofing and prevention</li>
<li>Define and own Product Quality KPIs and metrics</li>
<li>Work with Engineering to develop product qualification plans to ensure that new products are robust and reliable</li>
<li>Conduct failure analysis of product failures using 8D approach and report out root cause, corrective actions, and preventive actions.</li>
<li>Participate in vendor approval process, define, and manage supplier metrics, and drive supplier improvement initiatives where needed.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>The successful candidate will have:</strong></h2>

<li>BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering</li>
<li>5+ years of proven experience in a Quality Engineering role required</li>
<li>Experience interfacing directly with customers on quality related issues</li>
<li>Experience with managing quality of external suppliers and CMs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of reliability methods, statistical tools and methodology, design of experiments, statistical process control methods</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with internal multi-functional teams</li>
<li>Experience with PLM systems, ideally Arena</li>

<h2 id="Recruiting-RFIntegratedCircuitDesigner-AbouttheRole">About the Role</h2>
<p>Everactive is looking for someone to join the Analog IC Design Team who has experience in RFIC design for energy constrained systems and is comfortable making hardware design trade-offs in order to meet those energy constraints. We are looking for an engineer who understands radio design at both the block level and system level, but knowledge in both areas is not explicitly required. Tasks will be varied and will include low power IC block level design (RF PLLs, VCOs, LOs, LNAs, mixers, filters, amps, RSSI, etc.) as well as system level analysis (link budgets, architecture decision-making, noise and linearity planning, AGC loops, etc.). Other tasks could include designing for low power standards like 802.15.4 or BLE. Experience in RF PLL design and an understanding of the interaction between the low-level networking layers is a significant plus.</p>
<p>Wireless communication is a key differentiator for Everactive. Everactive has its own sensor network protocol which utilizes a combination of proprietary and standard compliant radios that enable ultra-low power yet scalable sensor node deployments.</p>
<h2 id="Recruiting-RFIntegratedCircuitDesigner-Thesuccessfulapplicantwillhave:">The successful applicant will have:</h2>

<li>A Master's degree or greater in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Approximately 5-10 years of proven experience&nbsp;</li>

<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2>
<p>Everactive is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced engineer to join our Cloud Platform team to play a key role in building out our data platform. The hire will expand and build our data pipeline architecture while maintaining data flow and collection for multi-functional teams. An ideal candidate is experienced in developing data pipelines and real-time event systems (we use Kafka), working with time series data (we use Postgres and TimescaleDB), and enjoys both optimizing existing data systems and building from the ground up to react to new requirements and improve existing data flows. The Data Platform Engineer will work closely with software developers, data scientists, business analysts to gather requirements, implement solutions and maintain the system. They must be comfortable concurrently supporting multiple efforts, systems and products and will be excited by the opportunity to steer our data architecture to support new products and initiatives.</p>
<p>Battery-less systems are a key differentiator for Everactive providing an ever expanding source of data. This position will require constant interaction with all aspects of engineering to ensure the data pipeline is capable of supporting the Everactive platform.</p>
<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain data pipeline architecture - identify and address scaling issues</li>
<li>Maintain and tune existing SQL datastore of time series data</li>
<li>Identify, design and implement process improvements such as automating manual processes, re-designing infrastructure to handle scaling needs, optimizing data delivery, etc.</li>
<li>Work with partners to identify needs and build data storage solutions and tools to meet those needs</li>
<li>Maintain security of data</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience</li>
<li>Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySql, SqlServer)</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, architectures and data sets.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of message queueing, stream processing and highly scalable data stores.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills for working with structured and unstructured data sets.</li>
<li>Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, Go)</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-functional teams.</li>

<h3><strong>About the Job (Mid-Level - Senior)</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for an outstanding Senior SoC Design engineer who is passionate about designing, building and debugging ultra-low-power systems-on-chip for our cutting edge battery-less sensors. You will join our digital team that architects and builds our SoCs all the way from system-level concepts to tape-out and post-silicon support. You will face the challenges of pushing the digital portion of our mixed signal designs to run at near and sub-threshold levels to allow the overall system to operate effectively in an energy-harvesting battery-less environment.</p>
<p><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="4da014ad-2c94-480a-92ae-27c377bfcad1">You&nbsp;</span>will help the team:</p>

<p>Collaborate with firmware, board, and analog designers to ensure the SoC as a whole will meet the functional requirements</p>
