They have great benefits here, which does help balance the sometimes tedious discomforts. To work here, I would recommend that you enjoy networking, are kind, enjoy helping others and have problem solving skills; bilingual would also help. Training and resources supporting mid to lower level employees is surprisingly imbalanced compared to higher level staff, and administration. Could totally use a restructure to balance job equity.
