Some nice people work there, but choose wisely

The culture was awful. The leadership team expects you to work around the clock and be available on the weekends. Also, if the supply chain officer calls you, you are expected to answer (she has everyone's numbers manager and above).

Really smart co-workers, there is job mobility and promotions happening (new in the last year), good-ish pay for fashion space, beautiful office to work in everyday, food perks/lunch on tuesday/thursday, hybrid work/time to WFH, smart leadership/doesn't feel very hierarchial, lots of turnover 4 years ago but now the teams have been constant/staying on b/c culture has improved/good work life balance, finally profitable!!/good business=good future opportunities, first year all HQ empolyees have gotten a bonus.

You make less than at a big company, not a lot of room for salary negociation (but there are other perks!!), mid-sized company that works like a start-up sometimes, the amazing CEO AOD left and unsure who will be coming in--but team is really strong for new CEO to start.

Lack of resources and upper management is very disconnected from the retail stores. They tend to hire managers that are very out of tune with todays work culture. Resulting in very outdated work tactics and vocabulary that might have been okay 10 years ago.
