I worked as Sales Manager at Evibe.in. I had 2.6 years of experience over there. I can proudly say that I got my basics over there and it made me a better person in my career. It helped me to brush on my skills day to day and made me to take up new challenges. Yes its not typical 10 - 5 job because this is a platform where we can grow ourselves along with the company. One should know before joining, for what they are joining a start up. Joining a start up and expecting MNC culture is not feasible :) I was the senior most employee over there and I know much regarding COO and CEO. They never stopped me to do anything new in my zone. Today whatever I am I can say its all because of Evibe.in.
Some fake reviews are flooding on this page to spread negativity. By seeing that, I decided my self to write a review on my experience with all my details ( Name and job role ). I hope my review helps :)

No pros. Pros of startup removed. Need to be at a startup at 10 am or that will be a serious issue.
Ps if u r from south then u might not face some issues mentioned.

Need to have lunch with ur team or else they ignore u . They dont care of anything. 12 holidays for a year. And u cant take more than 2 holidays in a row. no clue how to run a company or take care of employees. They will show that this is the best opportunity u will ever get but trust me this is worst. Want u to work on the platform they want but cant provide u with laptops. Work on personal laptops. Still if mistake some notification pops on ur laptop is a crime in the company. They know how to cheat their employees by paying them 1/4 th of the salary expected by scaring them. Trust me worst company to start ur career.

Good values. Full transparency on both failures and success milestones. Growth is tremendous in the last few months. They have a very ambitious vision, which is very inspiring.
Regular games at office and festivals celebrations. Very inspiring founders. They share everything they learn and inspire to achieve more, very humble people. The women founder is chosen by Google and Facebook across India to lead their communities. If you ask, they also take an extra step to help with your personal problems - all the people are more like a family rather than a company.
Work is really good. There are many challenges and you are always free to experiment and learn. New ideas are encouraged even if you are an intern or full time, that does not matter. Work satisfaction is very good. I'm happy to be part of the vision.
