Customers tend to love the modern look and feel of the product as well as the many features which the competition just doesn't offer. In my view the company has a very bright and intense future as it continues to rapidly grow and expand across the globe. A very multicultural environment with lots of friendly people is also a great bonus. The company also isn't afraid to send staff across the globe for company business - which is always a bonus if you like to travel. The CEO displays a very passionate drive for the success of the product and leaves her door open. She also personally takes the time to make sure new recruits are trained in the CRM software. Speaking from personal experience, if you are keen on software, certain members of the dev team are more than happy to help guide you in the right path - even when your job has nothing to do with software! the team leads are all fantastic and great to work with and are willing to help with your personal growth and development. Centrally located office within walking distance from King's Cross / St Pancras if you are in London. The Austin office is also well kept and located Downtown.

Rapid expansion can lead to a lot of technical and region specific bugs surfacing all at once. Too much information is tribal knowledge and is undocumented. Every now and again the scent of Mary Jane will fill the office as the park outside is a known blazing spot ( This isn't necessarily a con ). The competitive environment can be stressful and lead to problems if not managed correctly. This type is work isn't for the especially faint of heart but it is very rewarding for those with the determination to push forward.

The entire company should use slack! setup rooms for each team and you will find that you have a self building, ever expanding, searchable internal knowledge base! also invest in a LastPass license so you don't get locked out of important tools when somebody uses the wrong password 5 times in a row. Sharing passwords via LastPass is also much more secure! some members of staff are working on hardware that is far too slow for them to be able to work effectively all the time. Slow computers are ok in the short term but seconds add up in the longterm!

I joined as a graduate and worked through their graduate program as a Junior QA automation engineer before eventually working as a junior developer.
The R&D team at Eviivo are some of the hardest working people I've met. There is a lot of pressure to produce quality work and even though its often late it always is quality.
The team members are always willing to help and the company isnt afraid to give new and younger team members important responsibilities.
The team leads Valy and Tomas were very influential on my time at Eviivo - Valy presented enormous amounts of information to me and would always explain how and why a certain approach to a problem was taken. Tomas was an exceptional team lead who would help with technical questions, be a boss he needed to be but also be a friend.
