C'est un environnement de travail dynamique type start-up, eviivo est idéal pour un jeune qui souhaite monter en compétences, qui est curieux d’apprendre et veut évoluer et faire avancer eviivo. Si vous êtes motivé et vous vous donnez à 100%, vous allez énormément apprendre et pourrez évoluer au sein de l’entreprise. Par contre ce type d’environnement ne conviendra pas à tout le monde car il peut être stressant. Vous gèrerez peut-être des tâches qui sortiront de votre domaine de compétence mais ça fait aussi parti de l’univers start-up et l’entraide est importante.
Une dirigeante qui est exigeante avec ses employés, pousse à donner le meilleur de soi-même mais en retour est généreuse avec ses employés.
Equipe jeune et multiculturelle, tout le monde parle minimum deux langues et la plupart des salariés ont un background dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie/tourisme, c’est un environnement de travail stimulant et vraiment enrichissant. Bonne ambiance générale, décontractée.

|
eviivo is a place to learn and it is a very good opportunity to self development. It is a stressful environment but the good thing is you never get bored.
It is a very dynamic environment, many new releases and process and you need to be up to date- so you expect frequent trainings.
It is a place to meet and speak to different nationalities and to improve your language skills in different languages.

For developers, this is a great place to learn and to grow, but for QA you are expected to manually regression the majority of the system. You do not have the time to apply automation as the business pushes for new features without the need to allow better quality.

It was a good experience from which I learned alot. I have met good people and I have been satisfied from this experience.
In general, the place was good and our managers encourage us to reach our goals, however I had to leave this job in order to look for new opportunities and have a richer carrear.

CEO and upper management are constantly in a battle. The office setting is chaotic with constant bickering between teams. Each day, a different person feels they are on the chopping block to lose their job. Nothing is ever good enough. Constant turnover leads to overworked, under-appreciated staff. Fear is used as a motivating factor along with promises of growth and bonuses that never materialize.

Provided amazing opportunities to work abroad as a relativly new employee. Free coffee. occasional company treats to foods. Christmas party.
Poor communication between teams get in the way of work being done effectively. Senior management often make last minute decisions to cut commission - employees let go of their frustrations as the CEO/Leadership team justifies theirs decisions by changing the way commision metrics are measured. I have seen this happen several times in the company - not necessarily affecting me but effecting the people around me and it destroys any sense of company loyalty you might have. The company in general has a high turn-over for support and activation roles (unable to speak for the other departments). If you are looking to apply for a position in Austin I would not recommend it. the operation is underfunded/under trained and is an extremely stressful environment with little reward. This is due to a lack of support from the main operation based in London. If you are a graduate looking to apply for your first job/office job the London office may be perfect you to get some quick and easy corporate experience but I wouldn't recommend you plan on making a career at eviivo.
