1. Delivery managers don't recognize your work, No goals set, they can give you whatever rating they want to give, Immatured leadership.
2. It's a small company with no brand image, It's not a well known company in the market, NOT a company that you will be proud to tell someone.
3. Most importantly there is NO Job security, If you don't like the current project, you are left with no option except to find a job somewhere else.
4. No kt's are provided. You need start working without any KT's..Strange but true
5. They claim to be employee friendly, Job security. Big companies are preferred no matter what..Small companies are always a risk to work for
