I'm incredibly proud to be an Evol8tion employee. The talent on the team is top notch, as is the work it produces. Evol8tion's leadership also fosters a singularly nurturing environment -- encouraging employees to actively pursue their passions/develop their skills in and out of the workplace. Also, regardless of position, all team members are genuinely treated as equal partners -- contributing substantial value and working towards a common goal. It's not just a workplace, it's a family. And whether that style of work works out for you or not, it deserves recognition. I got a sunburn once from working outside all day. They were first out of the gate with this idea and well ahead of everyone in the market place. The work is always different and engaging, working with some of the most driven and intelligent people you will ever meet. They are a startup and suffer from what all startups suffer from. Delegation is problematic and all direction comes from the top.
