Way too many internal meetings

Management was way too worried about getting everything perfect as opposed to getting out there and selling. I felt as if I was handcuffed with internal meetings when I could have been out selling and meeting with prospects. Training was nonexistent.

High turn-over rate. I saw over 10 people get laid off including myself. There is no communication between teams. A lot of the C-Level Execs do not know the product well enough to be in the position that they're in. A lot of the departments are under-staff. Large funding, but not being used correctly.
