Little opportunity in career growth under stressed managing style

You need a good boss to stand after you, and with that only you have career growth. Or else, you are out and you never shine.

Management is very old fashioned, and they do things their way. Anybody can say that it is not structured organisation.
With new management (Changed in late 2016 and still being restructured); There is cost cutting everything, say lunch, say coffee, say biscuits, say pushing people to work in small office environments, say president being involved in your oversea travel plans.. say flight booking, say hotel reservation..
Be aware that you can receive warning for being late for 5 minutes or having breakfast, you can have warning issued for taking long for Lunch, but you can never be appreciated for working extra hours..
Unlike other organisations, in Evyap (ESM) HR has no power over president and even rm100 travel claims have to get president approval.. executive level hiring as well must be subject to president approval..
There will be unfair and unjustified deduction from salaries, without having confirmation from employee.
Employee wellbeing is far from management attention. Unfortunately it is volume and profit driven, yet profit is not being distributed equal nor there is standards.
There is no proper preventive actions taken to stop plant accidents or shut downs.. to much of changes in production and planning and most of the time it is for the same reason over and over again
Office is stuffy, specially if you are in n Kuala Lumpur office with 20 I’ve people in 800sqf floor area, and plant is not safe to work most of the time

Salaries are paid on time, they have Basic conditioneri for the job environment but not the best offices. They give a box of company products mainly soaps and personel care products.

They do not have any career planning. Company iş managed by not capable managers. Top management changes very frucuently with in 2-3 years. They do not promote from inside the Company. They transfer and fire managers.
