their a very great and nice organization with great clients and co-workers., the pay is great also theirs bonous pay ont he holidays
and if there is ever a problem with your check it gets pushed to three days to get it which is the weekend so overall a pretty awesome company to grow with.

Terrible management team, they often lose requested documents then play the blame game while they attempt to figure it out.
The payroll department are full of incompetent people. When... not if, but WHEN they make a mistake in payroll it takes a week or 2 to correct the issue. They would rather argue the issue than use common sence and documents to resolve the issue.

Pay was average, but could be more competitive. Hours are typically 8-4 or 8:30-4:30. The management was proactive. Caseloads are unrealistic. Caseloads are between 160 to 200 something. This is a big problem and they need more case Managers.
