Worked 8 hours a day. I was there a long time. The owner/doctor was always available and approachable. The manger had an open door policy. I enjoyed working with all the staff.

No raises, no lunch breaks, over booked DAILY, behind schedule DAILY, the turn over rate is so high I literally don't bother to learn peoples names anymore.
Management manages via intimidation and is openly rude to employees, the owner especially does this.
A very negative place to work.
