Great team great company

Executech is a great company to work for. It feels like family here and I know people care about me. We get to work with great clients and have lots of opportunities to do trainings and work on soft skills. I like getting to work with the other offices too. Not everything is perfect but I think we do IT the right way.
|
Sometimes having to do work if its a emergency after hours or on the weekend for clients can be tough but thats just part of IT sometimes. It doesn't happen a lot here in Spokane. But I think our managers do a good job of taking care of us if we know we've late or had a tough week. They push you but also support and encourage you. Other than that, no real complaints here!

I've never worked at a company that spends so much time on training and coaching and I have really needed it! I had some things in my personal life happen right after I started, but my TL helped me out and made it so that I could still do good work and take care of my personal life. Now my life is a lot more under control, and I feel like I'm really thriving. I see myself having a future here.

I don't know some of the other teams here in Utah, but I do hear some peoples names come up regularly. I know the company is trying to do more activities even though there is coronavirus. I'm still a little new so maybe I just need to be patient. I just love my team and want to meet more people here!

Benefits may sound good like unlimited time off, but thats only once you complete your required minimum of work, which requires most of the guys who work there to do 50-60 work weeks on salary. Not worth the average pay and very long hours. A lot be other benefits are they sell you all aren't explained in full detail until after hire and aren't the way they lead you to believe.

Executech is my first real IT company after helping with IT support part-time in Colorado and Utah. My favorite part about Executech is that it is a professional company but it has that personal feel with how it is run and the relationships you have with your coworkers. I feel like I can be successful here if I want to be, but there are also lots of people here who want to help me. I know that I will grow so long as I stay here.

I sometimes get a little anxious because my clients are depending on me to know everything. My team lead reminds me that I can reach out to him that whenever I need help. I just need to do that more.
