No pros to mention as most employees leave this company as soon as they join.
|
1. The company doesn't pay employees for more than 3 - 4 months.
2. The management don't even care about employees salary. If you ask salary they will say simply evade saying no funds in bank.
3. All the good ppl once worked there left the organisation cause of change in management and irresponsible behaviour towards employees.
4. When you leave company you wont get proper relieving letters or salary.
5. No growth in organisation. All silly politics with no benefits.
6. The management barely bats an eye on employee until the have a need.

No Carrier Development. Delay In Salary Payment By 4 Months & Company is not paying the pending salary properly. PF,ESI are not deposited by employer for past 4 years. Very Less Salary,No hikes. They are giving wrong assurance and Once you quit the job, HR will not pick up your call because we ask for our pending salary. Overall, Worst Company I ever seen. Especially HR people,team leaders and project managers. Very less talented management people.No on time delivery for the clients.They won't pay for the vendors also.

I joined in 3 years back and enjoyed working with Exemplarr in the old building in the new building office also. Seniors are like friends, taught me new softwares and process. Work environment is really good. Interesting Projects, with many creative requirements..

No Canteen, only Lunch Room available. Sometimes follow-up is required for some of employee benefits. Company not permitting chances for any poor performing staffs. Very very strict in taking action on poor performing staffs in the department.

The only advantage I could say was that we (Project Managers) were benefited with flexi work hours and Saturday work from home option
|
Salary was not paid (2 to 3 months pending)
Inconsistent payment towards the Provident Fund
Gratuity (It is out of question, since the salary itself is pending)
Run by people without any vision or plan. Literally we can sayt No Brains at all
Management thinks themselves as intelligent and clever. But literally, good for nothing.

No proper Business development team in place to fetch new projects.Production team does both business and production work.
