Software is buggy (really)
Engage customer and once they start using and get dependent, management start to force sell services (because it is intentionally buggy)
No customer project succeeded especially outside France (even when millions where spent)
0 Training for employee (considered as unnecessary expense)
Strategy is de create new features (buggy) and use heavy marketing to get funds from investors and gouvernemental instances
Top management spend company money on their personal needs, whereas there's no water in the office!
