- sometimes nice teambuilding events etc
if you are looking for a low pressure, average salary job, this is a good place to start but don't hold your horses if there are no changes after several years
|
- work is boring and tedious
- no empowerment for employees
- no career advancement, as it was originally promised
- management is stuck in their ways and if new things come up, they are very slow to react or don't react at all
- no one is allowed to disagree with management, otherwise you are in trouble

Nice office and a handful of nice, hard-working colleagues.

- Highly unprofessional and ignorant management team.
- Very questionable work ethic. They seem to take any worthwhile and valuable ex-employees to court to try and get money back from them.
- A company that hides behind a smoke screen promising career growth and company values which couldn't be further from the truth.
- They claim to have advanced technology....its like working in an adtech company 8 years ago. All their technology is based on antiquated code.
- CEO and his connected brother don't agree with empowering employees but instead limiting their potential for growth, providing them with limited tools and visibility and all in their own self interest.

The team is nice, workplace environment is very pleasant in general (including all Exogroup and management), salaries are correct and in terms of workload and bonuses, you need to focus and work in order to get good results. I enjoy traveling and going to trade-shows too.

Real benefits are not included: Remote working is not an option. Laptops are only for management and the possibility to have Fridays afternoon off are not considered.
Presumably the lack of trust from management and their outdated vision of the digital industry.

Amazing offices, free fresh fruit every day, a massage per month, good ambient, flexible schedule, etc.
Technically it really depends on which internal project you work for, in my case the technical lead for the project is really committed and constantly encourages challenge to his own ideas and directions. Any good idea you come up with that can be backed up, will be listened and more often than not implemented, which is a great learning experience.
Personal development plan in where you can work some hours per week in a particular skillset of your choice, great to improve on things you don't directly work with.

I am very happy working at Exoclick. People are great and really friendly. Benefits are good and in 2018 the annual teambuilding event was 3 days in a 5 star resort in Ibiza, VIP at Pacha, everything was very well planned, everything was paid for and it was great fun.
I have found management to be really open and listen to what I say, they make an effort to ensure people are happy in their daily work.
I have job satisfaction and feel part of a team - which is super important for me.

I have seen negative comments on here, but for me I don't have any. Maybe those people had a bad experience, this is not the case for me.
