Exostar really strives to take care of there employees both through benefits and culture. The Engagement Ambassadors always have something new going on for us, whether educational or entertaining. The performance review process is standardized, the salaries are competitive, and overall it's a positive work environment. While I'm always busy, never overloaded or working on weekends.

Stability. They don't operate like a technology company, so if you want to be in a place an not worry about working weekends, there is some benefit.
|
I worked at Exostar for several years and can tell you that with the exception of those that are handed existing business, there is No chance of earning a decent income at Exostar. The comp plans are structured so you only get paid a quarter after they get paid from customers, which in some cases could be longer than a year. As a result, I was owed a sizable amount of commission that was never paid out. My advice, look at other tech companies if you want to make a lot of money.

If you don’t have any job then else nothing much. It’s been in the same position from last 10 years. It is not growing as a company. The company literally paid their employees to write 5 star reviews in Glassdoor.

Everything you don’t want to see in a working place happens here. Politics, favoritisms unprofessional. Doesn’t matter how talented you are you need to be the lap dog for your manager. The company is stagnant they just can’t grow. They are reaching nowhere.
