I learned that the executives can be bullies and very frugal to their employees. Management is terrible because the company will not change its ways for a good manager to implement sustainable management tactics. Everyone is trying to keep their jobs and doesn't want to help others, it is a hit the ground running culture with not training or direction. The hardest part of the job is dealing with ignorant coworkers that are loud, rude, and unstable mentally; as well as working your hardest only to know that you won't ever be compensated competitively for your field/expertise/living. I enjoyed making lasting relationships with others, and discovering my voice as an adult in the workforce.
