While working here you will always be rewarded for going over and above. If you see an issue within the company you can bring a solution and truly be heard. The good thing about this industry is there is seemingly no CAP to how much revenue you can make, it all depends on how much you are willing to work. Seemed like their sales guys were doing really well. Owner was nice and helped me out personally a couple times when I was in a tough situation. Usually had to ask for a review and raise. Too many different terminals and online processing tools to learn. I have to say its a work place were it teaches not only accountability in your work place but it truly keeps you on your feet and brings you to the next level in the work field. My co workers here are always very helpful and everyone is always willing to help you if you encounter a issues that you cant find a solution to. Its a great place to be, to learn and expand your portfolio and help business grow on a everyday basis. There really aren't many cons. Like any job, if you take your own sucess seriosuly, you will be rewarded. As a recent graduate from UC Irvine with a degree in Business Administration, I have had ample oppurtunities to impact the growth and scale of the business. Moreover, one of the other biggest pros is our mentorship program for sales agents. We focus on building long term relationships between our agents and our merchants, and that starts with how our new agents are brought through. Sales is incredibly straightforward. There isn't a magic bullet. The most successful people in sales are the ones that have grit and determination. Merchant services is naturally a sales and results driven industry. I would suggest the only con would be, if sales is not your forte, don't jump into a position that is entirely results driven.
