But because we received the best training we could ever get, it was easier to adjust and I learned how to do the job fast. I hope they's minimize giving very sudden announcements. Personally, I love how there's always a meeting before the shift officially starts. The company, in general, encourages every team lead and their members to hear each other out. We are asked about issues we've recently encountered, and together, we address it. An offer for a flexible schedule, maybe? I thought it was gonna be hard for me to ask every time since there are a lot of other agents who need to be guided, but my team lead and other supervisors never denied me the assistance I needed.
