My co-workers are supportive and funny, and we have a family-like and casual work environment. The CEO is very helpful and knowledgeable. I've learned a lot working at the company, and have been supported in my professional growth. The pay is competitive, benefits are good, and there is flexibility in working remotely.

Since a large portion of the team works remotely or travels internationally to customer sites, communication can be difficult at times. Steep learning curve in the beginning to understand both the complexity of the software, and the manufacturing processes that it is developed for.

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers, ability to work closely with the CEO who knows the software inside and out. If you're interested in something, there's likely a way to get involved and learn more about it; lots of opportunities to take on interesting projects and contribute to the process.

A very tough and busy environment but very rewarding

Head Office has a family vibe to it making you feel extremely welcomed. The staff is very fun to work with and will always try to help you.
The CEO Salil is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen and is very intelligent. It is a privilege to learn from him and gain the knowledge he has. Salil is the one who has designed and built the entire infrastructure of the software and therefore truly understands the industry and can teach so much.
The Management Team is also very hardworking and will constantly strive to get you what you need to do a thorough job.

There is a ton of work and late hours involved. Be prepared to lose a few weekends due to needing to finish large projects.

Power-hungry & oftentimes rude/brash CEO which leads to a lack of delegation of responsibility and empathetically speaking probably leads to him being more rude/brash to employees. Headquarter office consists of either family members or attractive women.
Employees are discarded often, there was constant talk about what employees were getting fired.
Hiring managers used every avenue possible to negotiate a lower salary to the point that I became fearful of giving my personal information out to HR for worry that it may be a scam(admittedly that should have been a red flag).
