I really loved coming to work and fighting hard every day to make my bosses proud and the owners proud. The owners sold majority stake in the company and now that has been split again with two investors. Old upper management is being fired and new very aggressive greedy management has entered. And they want me to do it on a 500k budget. My payroll budget is 10%. I and my staff are worn out, and they will not allow me to hire any more associates. I thought that this company was different, and cared about the people that work here, and support a strong work life balance. But I was wrong. I have had at least 2 occasions where I had PTO approved and then removed at the last minute. They clearly are getting too big to handle themselves. If you want to run all day and never be appreciated and only hear about the negative, this is a great place to work. Fun coworkers but the lab had a 100% turnover rate for 2020. Most machines used are from when the store opened over a decade ago, resulting in at least one machine having issues a day, often multiple.
