Global colleagues are not friendly in person. Managers need to do a better job at bonding the global teams and not have each other be treated like strangers to ensure better collaborations globally. Management is very secretive and people get let go for reasons unknown. At times it was a norm to see people come and go. Managers are usually not sitting in the same office as you, and may not understand your market. reasons being that they were promoted because there is no one else in your country to take over as manager. Relationships can be very cold and fake

I am probably one of the first member to join in Eyeota India Team. I had my reservations but after onboarding I met some of the finest guys in the industry.
Leadership is awesome.
I have seen so much interaction between Senior Management and Tech Teams anywhere else.
All Tech Teams are we aligned with their goals and work in cohesion to achieve project goal.
Product Team is there to figure out important feature to enhance products.

Only Cons would be we are relatively small and geographically widespread.So interaction in-person has been minimum.
