Eyeota's offer has value in an emergent market, however the barriers of entry for bigger and stronger players are low and the market is becoming more and more attractive. The key weaknesses of the company are the top end management that can not leave the micro-business mentality, the urge to keep selling the business rather than adding solid value, the concentration of power on silos and an operation that is standing on unreliable technologies.
