From the culture to the focus and training on being customer oriented and employee development, this job taught me a lot about growth and how much control I can have over the direction of my career with the right company. I was sad to see CO-VID 19 affect my time here, along with so many others, but I am grateful for the time I gained here to learn and be enveloped into the structure of this company. Management was heavily involved with the success of the teams. While the level of customer service was sometimes a bit stressful to meet, the autonomy we had to figure out our own problems along with the customer's or caterer's made it all worth it in the end. Their pay is a bit above other companies' customer service pay. Although the majority of employees are millennials, they didn't seem to have the offensive, self-centered attitude I had experienced in the past. Always trying to help people succeed and investing in its own people. We welcomed anyone in the door and selected whoever was most qualified with little else being considered. Unfortunately I was a part of the COVID-19 lay off, otherwise I would still be with this great company. The culture and staff are wonderful and I went to work every day happy to be there. If the layoffs hand't happened, I definitely would've stuck around.
