Paid very well. There was a serous lack of training or preparation. A lingering sense of doom that came with visiting client sites. An inadequate help desk Inadequate project planning for client projects. Inadequate support from seniors and management. Lack of management. Lack of anything to do, I felt like I was being used as a warm body at various clients. I rarely had anything to do at them or very much to contribute to improving them.
