Currently everything is being off-shored. The expertise has mostly left and continues to bleed out. It is a matter of time before this place gets sold again. That is all it is now, it’s just a company to flip for money. They once cared about their clients, those days have been long gone. Management was an issue in the past, now they are more clueless and lost than ever. Many are not surprised by client departures, we’re sure more will leave. Projects, customer service, and technology are a spiraling abyss. Previous ownership was very detached on the condition of the company. Current management is totally clueless, as it couldn’t get worse – it did.
