Everything from the CEO and people to the wage/salary and benefits. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this company and everyone in it. The HR and Recruiting teams do a wonderful job of finding kind, smart, like-minded people. I’ve worked for some amazing companies, but EXLynx even puts them to shame. Lots of room for advancement and promotions, regardless of title and position. The CEO is probably one of the best human beings you’ll ever meet and they really strive to find the same in every candidate they choose to hire. I feel privileged to work here, especially given the hard times. I really look forward to growing within this company and making a difference.

Honestly, I can’t think of any. I had a hard time choosing my benefits because there were so many choices and they were all great in their own light...but that’s not a con at all. So, I’m sticking with my original answer of none.

Although the remote working has been extended, for now, until March...please consider letting employees work from home 50%-100% of the time, even post-COVID (if we ever get to post-COVID). Otherwise, keep up the good work. Keep hiring friendly and talented employees. Keep giving out those gifts, bonuses, promotions, and recognition. Human capital is the most important capital and if you keep that mindset, your people will continue being happy and more productive.

Health insurance was great and at a great price. I liked several of my coworkers.

EZLynx seemed like a good place to work in the beginning. They do a great job of seeming to make you feel valued with fluff (such as free snacks, coffee, and tea - which most companies offer anyway) but when the rubber meets the road you’re nothing more than a cog in the machine.
They promise profit sharing but the profit sharing is deposited into a 401k account and isn’t fully vested for 5 years. So you don’t get all your year 1 profit sharing until you’ve been there 5 years. If you leave before that then you’re out of luck.
They make promises that go unfulfilled. They make the effort to make you feel like you have a voice and are being heard but it is only to satisfy their agenda. For example, I attended an “executive round table” that was touted as an opportunity for employees to have the executives undivided attention to voice your feelings and enact change to make it a better place to work. They got our feedback ahead of this meeting to have time to prepare their rebuttals. Instead of change coming from this meeting the executives actually laughed at some of the completely reasonable feedback and used it as an opportunity to justify why they do what they do.
Women working for this company seem to earn less than male counterparts and their input is discounted (I guess that’s part of EZLynx culture).
The company has an office in India as well. They honor every single Indian holiday for that office. In the US office they make concessions for other religious groups for their rituals and holidays but they do not honor widely recognized Christian holidays in the US (i.e. Good Friday).
If you want to be overworked, under paid, under valued, and taken for granted then this is the place for you.
