Micromanagement heaven

Small company with very clear product line. Easy to know everyone.

Micromanagement is a very common practice. Due to a very small size, roles and responsibilities are being held by people without proper knowledge/experience which leads to misinterpretation of basic concepts (i.e. agile or waterfall!) and issues with communication. There is a fair bit of corporate politics and plotting against each other for a such small-sized company. Very close minded management, company is being run more like in the late '90s.
