There is no growth for a person in any way. A stressful environment to work I have worked there for almost 1 and half year at Mumbai. The work environment is stressful and unnecessary rules are there for the sales person. It's a very bad company to work with, they don't pay you well according to kind of work they are expecting from their employees, no job security, no timely incentive or incentive at all, a very pathetic HR department and internal management team.
