None. I would say the AC in the building but that was always controlled by the salesroom and left the art room feeling like a tundra since it was a shared unit.

No social life, berated all the time for their own mistakes. You are forced to work overtime by signing a contract or else you're job is threatened to be terminated. The hours could go as early as 6 am all the way to 8 or 9 pm and you were expected to show back up the next day at the same time .Thanks to this I had to miss a family member in the hospital because I was afraid to lose my job. Regular hours were supposed to be from 7:30 am to 4 pm. The only reason for that is because the sales people bombard as many schools as they can in order to run their fundraisers which in turn leaves all the other departments with a ungodly amounts of work. This company is quantity over quality all the way. Sales people are treated as royalty while every other department is belittled and taken advantage of. There is no room for you to advance since managers played favorites, it pays to be a teachers pet. It doesn't matter now since the art department all got laid off except for one person who sends all the art to India to be made since their labor laws are about the same as we were being treated except they get paid much lower for it. Lucky for me I wasn't around for that because I quit almost a year before all that happened. That's what happens when you let the biggest cheer leading conglomerate buy your company. The CEO now only has to worry about running his "fashion boutique" now.

Hmm this is difficult to answer. I would say my fellow coworkers and the awesome manager I did have.
|
I like how the minimum said 5. Glad they don’t have a maximum. Let’s do this in list format point by point.
-Company is just filled with lies, say they care about their customers but really do not. Quality has went downhill from Quality to just all that mattered was quantity.
-They don’t care about you, you ask for a raise they’ll lie and say you’ll get a performance review. By the way you don’t. You see posts on social media of giveaways they are doing, higher up posting their materialistic items but you can give your employees a raise. Shameful.
-They will hire people just to let them go the next week or a month later.
-Recently was laid off as well as 70% of others, the way it was done was cold blooded ambush style. Oh yea that’s amazing huh. Company will lead you on from the time you start to the time you get laid off. I worked with the company for many many years and has always been lies on top of lies on top of lies. Started off descent then made some terrible decisions 2nd year in, took commission away, called us in a meeting to lower pay on top of that. Terrible management. Moved 3 times. Now it gets juicy yes I said juicy here’s the tea. So we were lead on for almost 6 months that there was a new system we were going to learn we had meetings, talks and everything about it how it was going to be amazing and easy how outsourcing was going to disappear. But to their knowledge the whole time they were just buttering us up to get a lot of work out and “special projects” was pretty much their mistakes that we had to fix. Constantly pulled into meetings again to talk about the system and supposedly performance review oh and did I mention their ideas of a raise is .22cents yes .22cents after being there so many years and we didn’t even get a performance review. Because a week later this past Tuesday they called the entire Art Dept into a meeting to supposedly talk about the system we all have our notepads ready to learn. Just for HR Nicole to be in there and tell us company is “restructuring” y’all know what that means broke the news that we were all let go. Funny thing right heartless and cold blooded. Another funny story is I specifically asked certain higher ups that when they mentioned about new system I said well usually with change there is lay offs and answer from them was no no no y’all are fine. Terrible terrible terrible where are their morales. They do not have any. Higher up say their your friends hahaha yea right. My ex manager was even set up like the rest of us by a employee who was kept because he kissed butt and has always been treated like a baby so he always got his way. Never was a team player, complained every time he had to do something different. Just was a negative person overall.

THEY WORK US TO DEATH. Please be aware when they say mandatory over time they mean it. They have little regard for our health or personal lives. Admim starts off at 12 per hr and NO chances for advancement. If you are good at your job they take advantage of your talents and make you do more work with no extra pay. Because of this some choose to slack at their job so they are not given extra tasks. Many in this department are silently bitter or lazy. This department is poorly managed. The hr lady is very stand offish and so are most of management. The ceo seems cool i walk past him in the office and wonder if he even cares as he drives away in the middle of the day in his Porsche meanwhile I don't even know what time I'm going home. They even try to make us work on both of our off days, yes that's right 7 days straight. During the fall it is required of us to be at work from 7:30-7:00 or sometimes 8:30 M-F and also 6-8hr in Saturday occasionally Sunday and we are still always behind due to unorganization.
