private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Jan 18th, 2021 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Inside Sales Representative Farmers Branch, TX USA Good Pay, Easy Job The job is simple, and the pay is amazing for what it is that you are doing. The job is contacting coaches while they are at work at school and get them on board with using FanCloth as a fundraiser. Most of the time you spend dealing with secretaries who want to make sure you do not get through. Easy job, good pay Mind numbing at times, intense management styles, no room for advancement you are in the position that you are hired into basically for good. 0.0 0.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 1.0 4.0 3.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 07:55PM FanCloth
private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Oct 4th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Catalog Artist Fort Worth, TX USA Throw your sanity in the trash. The company forces you to work overtime with the threat of being fired if you don't sign their contract approving it. Managers don't help at all and blame employees for being behind on work even though the sales department overloads every other departments workload by telemarketing as much as they want. Sales department is also praised while all the other ones are are treated like garbage. No work/life balance either. Expect to show up at 6am and leave at 9pm then be back to do it the next day or you're fired. Company was bought out by the largest cheerleading monopoly in the US. They laid off the entire art department and sent the work to India under the ruse that it was actually a software program doing the work. They'll lie directly to your face. Never expect to get a raise or promotion either if you've dedicated many years to them either. They don't care about loyalty. The CEO only worries about his little boutique shop and hanging out with NFL players. Zero organization in procedures. Employee hires and fires are a revolving door. private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Aug 18th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Graphic Designer Fort Worth, TX USA Terrible place to work! Don’t even bother, they have no management and the managers always goof off. Sounds easy and laid back right? Nope. Due to them being this way, deadlines are your fault if they’re not done in time due to them not being in top of tasks. They ask you to do overtime when you’re about to clock out. The company doesn’t care about you at all. 1.0 0.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:27PM FanCloth
private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Jun 10th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Sales Executive Fort Worth, TX USA More negatives than positives lately Pay structure changes twice per year. Middle- Upper management is terrible now. Very "high school" feel with rumors and gossip. Very secretive with updates that effect company. Thinks knowledge is power, so to keep power with management, they must never educate employees. private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Apr 11th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Account Coordinator Fort Worth, TX USA Fan Cloth review My position at Fan Cloth has helped improve my communication and phone skills. The thing I love the most about this job is how it gives me the opportunity to form professional relationships all while helping people with my skills. Fan Cloth has used a lot of resources and company time to to improve my professional skills. 0.0 0.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 3.0 5.0 4.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 09:01PM FanCloth
private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Feb 17th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Customer Service Representative Grand Prairie, TX USA Used to be enjoyable FanCloth used to be a great place to work at. Things changed dramatically when the company was sold to a majority corporation, the company's most talented artists were laid off/fired and the work was outsourced. Now a lot of our artwork is the same and there's no creativity involved in any of the artwork. Management refuses to deal with confrontations, the company doesn't do raises and lied about doing raises when in reality, people have been with the company four years without a raise. Management refuses to take responsibility for their screw ups and the sales team is praised for sales that are filled with lies, false promises and sales guys that makes the work harder for other departments when there are rules set in place to be followed. There's so many things wrong with the company and not enough time to explain or type up. I would never recommend someone work for this place. 2.0 0.0 2.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 09:08PM FanCloth

private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Jan 7th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Lead Grand Prairie, TX USA Overall Experience I love working at Fan Cloth. My only issue is that the work schedule I have doesn't give me time to spend with my children and family, also my pay is not good enough. 1.0 2.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 20th, 2021 02:04PM FanCloth
private:fancloth https://www.indeed.com/cmp/fan-cloth/reviews Dec 9th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Fan Cloth Proofreader Fort Worth, TX USA Do not work here Company is now extremely top-heavy. Sales and Outsourced vendor are the most important aspects in company. They are essentially going to be those and customer service since they are weaving everyone else out by unethical and crude means. They will talk down to you, micromanage to the point of you being treated like a 5-year old. Absolutely no advancement unless you started off as part of the "fraternity". You get worked to death because hire-ups refuse to project future numbers and accept reality. You will have no work for 2 weeks and then 3 months straight of 13 hour days. Company should note that you will get from your employees how they are treated, respected, and valued. 4.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 Jan 21st, 2021 06:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 10:32PM FanCloth
