Your own schedule is a plus And you can earn whatever you want However the pay is based on the amount of tasks you complete and what they are. Most tasks usually pay anyway from $.50 cents to $10 some are even $15 however if the task pays more chances are you’re going to have to book someone’s flight, find out stock information, finish their degree for them, climb mt Everest... you see where I’m going with this. You can work anytime you want to by claiming your calls are simple and once claimed you can do your call and get paid. THIS IS A SWEAT SHOP. By being a contractor company, it can get away with offering $3 for an initial research task and stringing you along for 5 full days of work and still "unclaiming" the task from you at the end and not paying you at all. 1.) The amount of time and effort required for $3 is ludicrous and WELL BELOW the minimum wage. 2.) The amount AND inconsistency of the oversight is suffocating. EVERY message you send to your client is assigned to a "more experienced" assistant to review before it is sent to the client and they each have their own rules, criticism, and ability to block your email. 3.) The "more experienced assistants" are monetarily rewarded for "mentoring" (aka blocking communications) making it impossible to get an email to my client approved.
