Great people and place to work. I feel lucky to work at such a great place. I love the job, but find myself uninspired ultimately. I don't really care about the product or the service. I'd rather be outside..take that for what its worth. You'll a lot of sitting, but also get an immense amount done. I never imagined how complicated a software company could be. Now I know why they are running the world..

My experience has been pretty positive over all. I enjoy my managers, colleagues, and the energetic and customer-centered culture of the company. There have been some bumps in the road with the Booking acquisition but it's to be expected to a degree.

Worst job I've ever had
|
FareHarbor chewed up and spit out employees for its benefit in ways I have not seen before. Employees would be applauded for a job well-done one day and then be fired the next. There was no leadership or management structure. Members of one family sit in all leadership positions, and there was no HR department, which meant the family could make any decisions they wanted. The hours were brutal. The pay was decent. I would never suggest this company to anyone.

Start up culture, felt like high school

First group of hires ran the show with little experience elsewhere. First job for most of them. Promote from within but no necessarily using metrics, often by popularity. Great product. Senior management was ok. Relaxed atmosphere. Not much incentive to overachieve, besides more commission.
