Every con has 3 child pros. Insurance isn't good, but they offer health incentives to compensate. Leave policy is not structured, but they work with you so it is a non-issue. The space can feel cramped with the amount of people working, but that is because the company is growing beyond the seams.

Executives do not pay attention to your concerns unless you are a manager. If you leave at 5pm when you have no work you will be talked about and said to not have "dedication".
Not a lot of room for growth and personal development. Great company before but there has been HIGH turnover in employees who knew their job and others within the past 12 mos. They were then used as a scapegoat for the issues the President and then COO did. Workload becomes tiresome and when you express that you need additional resources you have Sandler Training that teaches you "how to better manage your time".
Have to pull teeth to be considered for a raise. Clients are being brought in under horrible circumstances and you cannot manage them correctly without being reprimanded.
