- The company was having a promising growth until one day the management decided to scrap it all.
|
- if you plan to have a career advancement, this is not a good place for you to grow.
- very bad management. Undecisive and has no concrete directions.
- no actual salary increase.
- no actual Human Resource who is a pro employee. They are pro employer. No employee motivations at all.
- they won’t commit you full time. Company is avoiding additional expenses such as goverment taxes, benefits and insurance.
- they do not really care about their people who are working hard. They treat their workers as robots.
- they fire people a lot and hire so rare which leads the remaining people to overlap their tasks.
- not really an income generating company.
- all talk, no action.

Working for Fashion One, you immediately get swooped into the glamour that the company seemingly offers: travel, a chance to be on TV or work with models, etc.

In reality, the company is super disorganized, allows corrupt individuals to take on management roles and bully new employees, and continuously pay freelancers months after payment is due, and fire employees without warning (unless they get so stressed they quit beforehand).

Very un-organized, and the managing people don't know what they are doing. The office got shut down 3 month after I worked there. Very stressful environment because your boss would yell at you for something that you were told do to 30 minutes ago, and tell you that you were not supposed to do it.
