get comfortable jobs that pay well.

I worked with Fast Conversion Marketing Solutions for above 1
year.
This Company only for boss and Managers Relative, and those
people who buttering to Boss and Managers.
if you don't have any relation with boss or Managers you can't
stay here for long time,
Any time firing policy, they can fire you any time, without
given any notice period,
Late Coming Policy and All restrictions Only for non relative
and non-flatter people. There are no restrictions and Late
coming policy for managers, HR, and There Relatives and those
People who are closest to managers and boss.
Appraisal policy also for relative and flatter people, Because
if you are relative or flatter you get Appraisal before 6 Month
or 1 year, and you will get 30% to 50% hike.
if you are non relative and you did not buttering to Boss or
Managers or not closest to managers, you can't get Appraisal on
time, if you get, you will getting 10% to maximum 20% hike.
PF Deduction of Both Sides Deducted from Employee Salary.
I see some Review On Glassdoor about Fast Conversion. This
Positive Reviews write by their relative,closest and flatter
Employees.
After see any negative Review On Glassdoor website about Fast
