I work with good, Christian colleagues. My supervisor is excellent. She allows me freedom to teach in the method(s) of my choice, and she gives me significant freedoms. Understanding that life happens. - The workplace culture is very relaxed, helpful to each other and very understanding that we are all human and mistakes will be made but can often be corrected. -The hardest part of my job is getting certain professors/instructors to give me required information within the allotted timeframe. - The most enjoyable part of my job is coming into a Christian environment where people exemplify the love of Christ.
